New BMW X3 30 xDrive M Sport Pro Breaks Cover in India, Bookings Open from January 30

BMW India has opened bookings for the all-new BMW X3 30 xDrive M Sport Pro, signalling the arrival of the next-generation X3 in the Indian market. Pre-bookings begin at 12:30 PM on 30 January 2026, with the official launch scheduled for 16 February 2026.

The SUV will be locally produced at BMW Group Plant Chennai, continuing BMW’s localisation strategy in India. Customers can place bookings through BMW’s authorised dealership network or via the official BMW India website.

Sharper Design, Stronger Road Presence

The latest BMW X3 adopts a noticeably sharper and more assertive design compared to the outgoing model. The M Sport Pro package adds a sportier edge, giving the SUV a more athletic stance without moving away from its premium positioning.

At the front, the Iconic Glow kidney grille becomes the focal point of the revised design. Along with updated surfacing and cleaner proportions, these changes give the new X3 a more contemporary look and a stronger on-road presence.

Upgraded Powertrain with xDrive AWD

Under the bonnet, the all-new BMW X3 30 xDrive receives a substantially upgraded powertrain, possibly with the familiar B48 Inline 4 Cylinder engine with improvements in both power and torque. The specific numbers are yet to be revealed. These updates are aimed at delivering quicker acceleration and more responsive performance, something which most customers were yearning for in the X3 20 models.

The engine will be paired with BMW’s xDrive all-wheel-drive system.
