Skoda Marks Over 200 Deliveries in Kerala On The First Day Of Chingam

Czech automaker Skoda marked the Chingam celebrations with over 200 cars delivered in Kerala on the very first day. Deliveries were facilitated via multiple Skoda dealerships in the state, including EVM Motors, PPM Motors, and Gem Phoenix. All Skoda offerings – the Kylaq, Slavia, Kushaq, and Kodiaq – were handed over to customers. EVM Skoda also became the first authorised Skoda dealer in India to achieve 1,000 deliveries of the Kylaq subcompact SUV.
Skoda’s Foothold In India
In Kerala, Skoda currently operates 23 dealerships, while across India the brand has expanded to over 305 touchpoints in 176 cities. This marks a significant growth from 2021, when the automaker had just 120 outlets nationwide.
Skoda’s Future Plans
Skoda currently has a portfolio of 4 models in the country: Kylaq, Slavia, Kushaq, and Kodiaq. What Skoda currently has on the cards are the facelifts for the Kushaq and Slavia that are expected in 2026. Not just that, but the Czech automaker is also expected to launch the Enyaq, which will be Skoda’s debut EV in India.
