Maruti Suzuki
The Dzire is the King of the May 2026 Car Sales Data. Selling 24,456 units and registering a 36% YoY growth. Followed by Fronx at 20,686 units sold with a 52% YoY growth. The 7-Seater MPV Ertiga gets the Bronze, with 20,353 units sold and a 26% YoY growth. Baleno sits in the 6th Position with 18,396 units sold, registering a 58% YoY growth. Wagon R is at 7th place with 18,076 units sold with a 30% YoY growth. The Swift warms the 8th place with 17,519 units and a 24% YoY growth.
A jump down to the 11th place, and you meet the Brezza at 13,245 units and a -14% YoY decline. The Eeco is Number 12 after selling 5 units less than the Brezza at 13,240 units and a 7% YoY growth. The Victoris warms the 14th place at 10,583 units.

The 7XO sold 9,338 units, and the Bolero Neo clocked 8,933 units. Coming to the end of the list, we meet the Xuv 3xO at 6,717 units, clocking a -16% YoY decline.
Tata Motors
The Punch makes quite the punch at 20,208 Units and a 54% YoY growth. Followed by the Nexon at 19,100 units and a 46% YoY growth. Falling staright to the 20's and the Sierra pick us up. 6,606 people bought the Tata Sierra, quite a surprising number as we expected a higher score with all the marketing Tata did.

The Korean cousins have a total of 4 cars in the list, with Hyundai taking the lead with the Creta and Venue. The Creta sold 15,253 units, registering a mere 3% YoY growth at the 10th place. Followed by the Venue in 13th, registering 11,714 units and a 56% YoY growth.
The Seltos pulls Kia's sales to number 16th on the list, with 10,597 units sold and registering a high 74% YoY growth. Coming to the last Korean, we meet the Sonet at 9,707 units and a 21% YoY growth. Selling 9,707 units is impressive for a car with very minimal marketing to support it.
Toyota
Toyota only has one Knight in this war, and that's the Love Child with Maruti Suzuki, the Toyota Urban Cruiser Hyryder with 8,664 Units sold. Registering a 14% YoY growth.
