The Farm Equipment Sector President, Hemant Sikka, recently received appointment as the MD & CEO of Mahindra Logistics (MLL) after receiving Board approval. The organization believes in MLL's ability to expand while creating significant value, which they will actively work to make a reality. Hemant brings together superior expertise in strategic abilities with operational discipline and customer-focused leadership, together with outstanding abilities for guiding people.

The company appoints Veejay Nakra as President of Farm Equipment Business (FEB) to manage one of its large and profitable sectors, which achieves more than 60 percent ROCE. The farm equipment sector presents an extensive possibility for us to develop our business at a profitable level through tractor and machinery divisions, along with worldwide business expansion. Since joining M&M in 1995, Veejay Nakra has proved himself through successful business transformations in the Auto Business and by developing manufacturing excellence combined with revitalizing international expansion plans. With excellent leadership skills, he fully equips FEB to navigate successfully toward the future. Veejay remains under the direction of Rajesh Jejurikar.

The company has selected the current President of Automotive Technology and Product Development, R Velusamy, to assume the president role for the Automotive Business (AB). The Automotive Business achieved noteworthy development along with excellent performance across all its sectors for multiple recent years. The future with technology innovation and worldwide market growth requires us to unite our SUV and LCV (less than 3.5 tonne) business under a single leadership architecture. The new structure will enhance productivity by allowing better interaction between engineering teams and market distribution units. The assigned role entails full responsibility for delivering P&L results alongside running all functions within the Auto Business from start to finish. After joining M&M in 1996, Velu established exceptional powertrain engineering standards and later guided successful production releases of core ICE products and entire electric vehicle solutions for the company. The Automobile unit leadership will receive its direction from Rajesh Jejurikar.
